【简介】：
换文，属于涉外契约文书的一种。它是以两国政府或政府部门之间双方互换相同内容的照会的方式而达成的协议。换文以其独特而简便的形式，经常用于就某一特别问题达成协议，如互设大使馆、领事馆、互免签证、某个小型的经济合作项目等；或者用于补充、修正、说明、规定正式条约中的某个问题。
换文一般由三部分组成：
(一)上款 写收文机构名称或收文的机构名称及其个人职务、姓名和称呼。上款要顶格写，后加冒号。
(二)正文 正文一般分三部分写：开头写表示问候或致意的语句；主体写换文的具体内容；结尾大多写致敬语，如“顺此向阁下表示敬意”、“顺致崇高的敬意”等。也有用习惯用语作结的，如“以上如蒙复函确认，本函和××的复函即作为××的一项协议”。
(三)下款 写发文机构名称、日期。
